still up for this aba , just bov is to far, the last 2 games igi have had where middle ground and we just drove rather than make a weekend out of it

true but we can go for a drink after, bristol is a good area, shouldnt take any 1 more than 4hrs to get there ( took me 4 hrs to get to our last meet)

Bristol is a bit to far for me to go, would cost about 50 quid by train.

can u not drive ?

like i said, the last two igi meets have been within driving range for all and was a all day thing rather than weekend, and both times we have gone for drinks after.

For the Bovvi lads Bristol is about 1 1/2 hrs max.

sweet, like i said, i did a 4 hr hike for our last trip, worth it though.

so this site ok? we can start talking numbers and dates again stay with 16th aug ?

deposits, when we arrange date ect, i will collect deposts from igi and book us in, a aba rep collect aba's deposits and book there team in ?

A friend of mine runs a company called 'firefight combat simulations' he has 2 indoor sites in London and Bristol the London site is closed for a refit until the end of September but the Bristol site is alive and kicking its an old police station with court house, cells, basement etc its inside so there will not be the worry of weather failing the game although aeg do work fine in the rain, anyway the guy who runs it is very professional hes runs police training weekends along side the lancashire police force and has been known to put on training weekends in Kent using ex and serving military but most of all he will cater to your needs even giving you dates when you can have the site exclusively and helping arrange accommodation for those who have to travel miles check out his promotional trailers threes 3 and i think you will an idea of his personality which i would describe as fun but professional also why your on his site check out the Bristol page

right i rang the guy and got some *rough* numbers. i said we where looking at around 20 people , 10 from igi 10 from aba i assumed.

the date 30th aug

he can also arrange 4 star hotel accommodation, i said he would probably be looking at around 8 people need accommodation.

will be 10am-4pm

bacon egg buttys ect as food

£ 1200 for all day package including hotel rooms for 8 people if need and ALL of the above ^^^

this is a extremely rough number depending on how many people, also this is largely accommodation included aswell.

so, this sound like a good idea ? if so we can start confirming numbers for each teams and getting money ect .

or would it be better to ask him to bill every one individually or shall we sort it ?

dam it, right we gunna have to put this bac a few months cause we have some igi guy on holiday late july early aug, and seems u have aba late aug. so ill revive this thread in September ok? if not some one e-mail me and w'll try again ok?
