Thought I would start a new one off.

Gazz been in touch with Force who has helped me gear this up...

The date will be Sunday 10th AUG 2008

I have to speak to our Garrision Sergent Major if it is ok to sort this event out.

The plan...... arrive SAT 9th Aug all meet at the Clouds Hill Pub carpark so we can escort you in, I will book you all in at the WOs` and SGT`s mess there will be a SMALL charge for the nights stay but no more than about 7 quid i`d say. I will organise a Visit to the tank musium should be able to get this free of charge.

After the visit evening meal in the mess, we have a pay as you dine function here in Bovington so each meal is no more than £3, after dinner the ABA team will host the iGi guys in the mess bar, a private mess bar, pints are £1.10 so a good night to be had.

Then in the Morning sunday 10th Aug breakfast and having handed rooms back, off onto the airsoft place just down the road we will get some minibus`s sorted for transport to and from.

The place is in Bloxworth just down the road www.oakhilladventureandsurvival.com cost no more than £35 with hire included however you may wish to buy more rounds £10 for 4000 plus smoke and combats if you don`t have your own clothing at extra cost.

ABA guys if your interested this will close the london trip and shift onto this event please email me to confirm attendence I will sort the rest out.

if possible can we not finalize a date yet ? want to try get a date where most igi can attend or is it already arranged with ur sgt maj ?

no not set in stone till i get ALL details from yourself. just that make more sence to aim for a date
