| You know this game had to get a mention.
Single player has a good stroy line to it and there are several good missions although it could do with being a lot longer. There's a good sniper mission and also an air support mission which is a good change.
Multiplayer can get a bit tedious with the gun and run servers but there are several tacticl servers popping up which is a lot better gameplay. You have to aim rather than spray and pray.
It's a shame the BF2 engine won't allow some of the extra's with this game such as the ability to shoot through walls. With the option to create weapons classes you can pick and choose your weapons with extras becoming available once you complete challenges. The M60 with a red dot sight is cheeky. Shame some of the sounds have been stolen from previous versions. Overall a good game, shame about some of the multiplayer servers.

| Ye i've started playing it alot now as BF2v and Cs.S is just full of aholes now, and theres no point in playing PR unless you work as a team, everyone is just out to get the choppers, APC's etc etc. but yes there are alot of cod4 servers out there with great team work and i hope some of you give it a try. _________________

| I will be giving it a try soon, got it for Christmas, but I still enjoy PR, I just actively seek a good team playing bunch of lads T&T is doing quite well at times. Still think we need to get our Army server populated more.
CoD4 OC3D server is meant to be tops. |

| I got COD4 from the wife for Christmas and it is a spot on game, good visuals and i particularly like the fact it runs at decent settings on my laptop. Gutted it was over so soon, it only lasted my one bloody evening to complete single player and that wasnt staying up late or anything.
But lots of fun and some nice touches.

Have you tried running SP from the disk rather than your desktop shortcut? _________________

| i love it thats why i have not been around to busy trying to complete challenges - completed Sp on 3 levels now 4th is a real bitch
on line is good if you stay away from death match .
Domination good sneaky one, search and destroy gets a little frustrating but good all the same. |
